1. Using Vefom

Vefom provides tools for creating and publishing a hosted one-page business website. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business activity.

2. Your content and business

You retain ownership of the text, photographs, logos, reviews, prices, and other material you submit. You grant Vefom the limited permission needed to host, process, resize, cache, and display that material as part of the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for everything you publish, including customer reviews and personal images.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Vefom for fraud, impersonation, unlawful goods or services, malware, spam, infringement, harassment, exploitation, or content that violates another person's privacy or rights. We may suspend public access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Vefom, or third parties. Suspension does not automatically delete your website data.

4. Trial, plans, and renewal

New activated accounts receive a 30-day trial. After the trial, the advertised plans are USD 4 per month or USD 27 per year unless a different price is clearly presented before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew through the payment provider until cancelled. Taxes or currency conversion charges may apply depending on your location and payment account.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel future renewal from the available subscription controls. Cancellation normally keeps paid access available until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Vefom reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change to improve security, performance, or the service. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new update date.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Vefom is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Vefom does not guarantee business results, search ranking, customer enquiries, or sales. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vefom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Ending service

You may stop using Vefom at any time. We may restrict or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms or create security, legal, or payment risk. Expired or failed billing must not by itself delete customer website, database, or media data; retention and eventual deletion follow the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
