What to include

Please include the email address used for your Vefom account, your Vefom subdomain if available, a concise description of the issue, and any relevant transaction or error reference. Never send your password, PayPal password, full payment-card details, or secret API credentials.

If you believe you found a security issue, use the same address and clearly mark the message as a security report. Avoid accessing or changing data that does not belong to you.
