Information we collect

We collect account and contact information, business-page content, uploaded media, subdomain choices, subscription and transaction references, support communications, and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, security events, and service logs. Payment credentials are handled by the configured payment provider; Vefom stores provider references and lifecycle records rather than full card or bank details.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver and publish business pages, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain backups and performance, communicate service information, comply with law, and improve Vefom.

Public business pages

Information a customer chooses to publish—including business contact details, location or service area, photographs, services, prices, hours, social links, and reviews—is publicly available on that customer's Vefom page and may be indexed by search engines.

Sharing and processors

We may share the minimum necessary information with hosting, email-delivery, caching, analytics, security, support, and payment providers acting for Vefom. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and local storage

Vefom uses essential cookies for authentication, security, preferences, and reliable service operation. Additional analytics or marketing technologies, if introduced, should be disclosed and controlled as required by applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain proportionate backups. Expired billing does not automatically delete a customer website or its media. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can update most business information in the Vefom dashboard and unpublish a page at any time. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. Requests can be sent to support@vefom.com. We may verify identity before completing a request.

International use and children

Vefom is intended for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. Information may be processed in countries other than your own with safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.
